Salary: 4500 pounds/month

Main tasks and duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and challenging call center environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Computer skills and familiarity with call center software and tools
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision

NOTE! All costs are borne by the employer. The costs of: issuing personal documents, visa photos, courier, etc., about 50 euros maximum – these costs are at the expense of the applicant, if approved.
