Main tasks and duties:
- Lead and oversee the customer service team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Set performance goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and providing feedback
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Analyze customer service metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve the customer experience
- Hire, train, and develop customer service representatives to build a skilled and motivated team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
