Main tasks and duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance customer service skills
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer service goals and targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer service activities and performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and targets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
